Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders of $150 or more.

Processing Time

All orders require 1–2 business days for processing, after which shipping may take an additional 2–3 days, making the total turnaround time approximately 5–7 days.

Shipping Options

Our shipping options include Standard Shipping (3–5 days), Expedited Shipping (1–3 days), and Overnight Shipping, with tracking always included for every order.

Warm Weather Disclaimer

During warmer months, customers are encouraged to bring packages inside promptly, as we are not responsible for damage caused by prolonged heat exposure after delivery.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees required to send the order again.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If a package is lost in transit, we are happy to assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled within one hour of purchase. After that time window, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
