Refund policy

Exchange or Store Credit Only (No Refunds)

HunneeDrip does not offer refunds. We provide exchanges or store credit only. You have seven (7) days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.

Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In the same condition you received them

  • In original packaging with tags

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, contact us at hunneedrip@gmail.com.  We will provide the return address and instructions.
Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Opened personal care or beauty products

  • Custom-made items

  • Products not in original condition

  • Hazardous or flammable items

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges Process

The fastest way to complete an exchange is to return the item for store credit. Once issued, the credit can be used to purchase the item you prefer.
